more projects
Today? a "to scale (Hah!)" model of the Panama Canal, along with a diagram of how it works, a lock made out of cardboard and coffee beans, and a report about the canal and why it was important. Tuesday, Aaron had to dress up like Teddy Roosevelt and share two quotes from two different speeches, provide the background of the speeches and explain why these speeches were important. Two more projects due next week, one on Tuesday, one on Thursday. I am projected out! Frau: you read it with glee, don't you. Oh you who have passed through these waters....

Alas, I weep for you! There is no glee in this battle scarred Mama from their projects over the years. Manda's senior project was starting her own business from start to finish...estimates on costs to buy, contract, employ, insure, decorate, advertise and turn in a hand drawn blue print with color schemes to boot. She broke down several times as I recall certain she wouldnt graduate over it. It was no fun. I notice, however, that these projects of "yours" seem to be fast approaching college level!!!! My, what big brains are developing down in Macon! Like Sheen in Jimmy Neutron when he put on the brain drain episode.
Fig, I am so jealous. I am a monster TR fan. Have a whole shelf of biographies and his auto biography. Have an old possibly authentic autographed teddy photo and even a TR bobblehead. I can only hope one day my kids get to do a TR project. Funny story Riley once shared in 3rd grade that TR was shot while giving a campaign speech. The teacher was sure that it didn't happen and said "you will have to prove that one to me." Next day in class he did so with a copy from a biography and a photo of the bloody shirt. Teacher believed him thereafter. He just turned 150 last month you know. Love the Tedster
Whose actually studying science, the boys or you?
