I just figured out (I think) how to make a new post. So, here goes. Do you guys remember the two green books "The History of Fayette County". Years ago your Uncle John gave them to your dad. They have been bumping around here since and no one seemed to want them, not even your uncle Bill. So, last week I sent them to the German/Masontown Library in Masontown. (German Township is a coal patch between Uniontown and Masontown) The lady called today that they received the books and were so appreciative. They are putting up a plaque with your dad's name and John's name since I mentioned that John had given them to your dad, youknow, donated by etc. I think your dad would be proud.

That is so neat! Dad would be very proud, indeed. Mom, did you read our ideas about you posting a memory of your childhood once a week, say Sunday afternoons? If not, read down through the posts....
